Wellness Wave Return and Refund Policy

Wellness Wave serves as a platform to connect customers with products offered by affiliate vendors and drop-shipping partners. Because we do not hold inventory or fulfill orders directly, all return, exchange, and refund requests must be handled through the vendor from which the product was purchased.

By purchasing through Wellness Wave, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Affiliate Products

For products purchased through affiliate links on our website, Wellness Wave does not manage returns, exchanges, or refunds. These transactions are governed entirely by the affiliate vendor's return and refund policies.

To initiate a return or request a refund for an affiliate product, please refer to the specific vendor's return policy. If you need assistance contacting the vendor, you may reach out to us at contact@affiliatealliancemarketing.com, and we will help facilitate the process where possible. However, the decision to accept or reject returns rests with the affiliate vendor.


2. Drop-Ship Products

For items purchased through our drop-shipping model, the return, exchange, and refund policies are determined by the drop-shipping partner that fulfilled your order. Wellness Wave does not handle returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items.

To process a return or refund, you must directly contact the drop-ship vendor according to their policies. We will provide assistance in connecting you with the vendor if needed. Please reach out to contact@affiliatealliancemarketing.com if you need further guidance.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the vendor’s instructions for reporting the issue. For affiliate products, refer to the affiliate vendor’s policies. For drop-shipped products, contact the drop-shipping partner directly for a resolution.

While Wellness Wave is not responsible for the fulfillment or delivery of products, we are happy to assist you in contacting the appropriate party to resolve any issues.


4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, all products are subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions regarding the EU 14-day cooling-off period. If applicable, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The return must be initiated directly with the affiliate vendor or drop-ship partner that fulfilled your order, and must comply with their return policies.


5. No Direct Refunds by Wellness Wave

Wellness Wave does not process refunds directly for any products purchased through our platform. Refunds are handled solely by the affiliate vendor or drop-shipping partner in accordance with their specific policies. Please refer to the vendor’s terms for information on refund eligibility and timelines.
